Pump 12 Month warranty from date of purchase.
Heat Exchanger Lifetime warranty on the Heat Exchanger. The Heat Exchange Unit has a 15 year warranty against manufacturing faults, and in such case the liability is limited to replacement of the Heat Exchange Unit only.
Power Shower Kit (other than pump and heat exchanger) Should any other part of the shower kit prove faulty in manufacture within one (1) year from the date of purchase, liability is limited to replacement of that part only.
It is the user’s responsibility to return the faulty parts by initially contacting Piranha to arrange return. It is the users’ responsibility to provide proof of purchase date, which must accompany any claims. Liability is expressly limited to replacement of the faulty part and under no circumstances is Piranha liable for consequential losses or claims.
