Warranty Statement
The Piranha Off Road Products Warranty covers only those products manufactured by Piranha Off Road Products.
Where permitted by law, the warranty shall not apply to any loss suffered through or resulting from the non-operation or the ineffective operation of the product or part of the product. It is in no way to be construed that Piranha Off Road Products cover any consequential damage.
Piranha Off Road Products will repair, or at its discretion replace any faulty part at no charge.
Piranha Off Road Products will not be held liable for fitting, recovery, towing, or any other related expense.
Any Piranha Off Road Products, products that are fitted by an unqualified person will only be subject to full warranty if inspected and verified in writing by Piranha Off Road Products or one of its agents, that the installation is up to Piranha Off Road Products Standards.
The purchaser must return any faulty product, which the purchaser believes to be warrantable to Piranha Off Road Products at the purchaser’s expense.
Piranha Off Road Products will return warrantable product to the purchaser at the expense of Piranha Off Road Products.
Piranha Off Road Products warrants the product against faulty parts and workmanship, for a period of 24 months, unless otherwise specified.
Nothing in the warranty, however, shall be construed as limiting any rights the purchaser may have under the Trade Practices Act or any other Commonwealth or State Legislation, which gives rights, which cannot be modified or excluded by agreement.
