HELPFUL GUIDE FOR A SMOOTH FITTING PROCESS
WHERE DO I DROP OFF MY
VEHICLE FOR FITTING?
Upon booking your fitting schedule, our friendly customer representatives will confirm your vehicle drop-off location. It is very important that you provide us with the correct contact information (preferably your mobile number), for easy schedule confirmation.
WHAT DO I DO BEFORE MY
FITMENT DATE?
A pre-screening process for your MV will be conducted. You will have to submit a series of photos taken from the FRONT, BACK, LEFT and RIGHT side of your vehicle for record purposes. This has to be send to one of the following EMAIL ADDRESSES:

WHAT DO I DO ON THE DAY OF MY
FITTING SCHEDULE?
We would like to advise our customers to drop off their vehicle 10 minutes before their confirmed booking schedule.
Our staff will check on your vehicle and the photo references sent, before we begin the fitment. A condition report will be provided which you will then have to confirm via a signature or text message to authorize us to proceed.

Piranha reserves the right to decline customers who refuse to cooperate with our set of guidelines.
WHERE DO I LEAVE
MY KEYS?
It is recommended that you leave your keys inside your vehicle, preferably on top of the dashboard.
WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY
VEHICLE?
We will make every effort to contact you when you can pick up your vehicle. You also have the option however, of calling in to discuss your preferred time of day to pick up your MV.
WHAT DO I DO ON THE DAY OF
VEHICLE PICK UP?
One of our members will be available to hand over your MV as soon as you reach our premises. We highly suggest that you send us a text through one of our contact numbers, for any comments, suggestions or feedback before leaving our shop's premises. Otherwise, we would take that you are extremely satisfied with our services.

WHERE DO I SETLLE MY FINAL
PAYMENT?
We advise that you settle all payments online or via credit card at our counter. Further notices about cash transactions will be given in the future.
